143 pages, illustrations (black and white, and colour) ; 22 cm (hbk)

This book is really good and it’s good for 10 and over and it has loads of illustrations. It has been written it good detail. And it’s a tale about “the cat” and “the king” on the day to day life from living in a castle with servants to doing everything themselves and living in a house on “castle close”. Nick Sharrat should do more books like this. Well done to him. And at the end of the book it teaches you how to make the “royal shortbread” that are just like in the book!
