I usually read the Booker prize winners and rarely get disappointed However, I absolutely hated this book. Hilary Mantel's Wolf Hall does take a little bit of time to get to to grips with the narrative but once you do , it's a sheer delight.... this book on the other hand left me feeling frustrated and angry with the structure and I had to stop reading it (which I despise doing) .
